Appointment Policies
Booking & Confirmation
- All appointments require booking through our online system or phone
- First-time clients must complete a consultation form before service
- We confirm all appointments 24 hours prior via text or email
Cancellation Policy
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service cost
- No-shows are charged the full-service amount
- Emergencies are handled case-by-case
Late Arrival
- Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and consultation
- Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling
- Full service fees apply regardless of shortened treatment time

- Clients with contagious conditions will be rescheduled
