When you can’t make it to our Jersey City salon or need to restock your favorite products, we bring the Recurbate experience directly to you. Just like our in-salon treatments, every order receives Dr. Kubra’s attention.

“I remember shipping our first online order in 2019,” says Dr. Kubra. “I packed it myself, included a handwritten note, and worried about it until the client texted me that everything arrived perfectly. Today, we still pack every order with that same care.”

Our shipping isn’t just delivery—it’s an extension of our commitment to your skin health and beauty goals. Every product we ship has been tested on real clients in our salon, and we handle your order with the same attention we give to mixing a custom facial treatment.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

  • Free on orders over $80 (we started this because most skincare routines need multiple products)
  • $8.95 for orders under $80
  • Available throughout the continental US

Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

  • $15.95 flat rate
  • We added this after multiple clients needed products for last-minute weddings
  • Includes priority handling and weekend processing when possible
  • Tracking updates sent directly to your phone

Local Delivery (Jersey City & Surrounding Areas)

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM.
  • $12 within 5 miles (we deliver to Hoboken, Union City, and Bayonne)
  • $18 for extended zone (we’ve delivered as far as Newark when clients needed help)
  • Delivered by our trained team members who can answer product questions

Product Handling

Clean Beauty Standards

  • Products stored in our climate-controlled back room (same temperature as our treatment rooms)
  • We learned the hard way that heat ruins vitamin C serums—now everything ships in insulated packaging during summer
  • Glass bottles wrapped in bubble wrap plus foam padding (we’ve had zero breakage in the last 6 months)
  • Dr. Kubra checks expiration dates personally—if she wouldn’t use it, we won’t ship it

Professional Care Process

  • The same sanitation standards we use for in-salon products
  • Each order is packed by team members who use these products daily
  • Discrete packaging is available (many clients prefer unmarked boxes for workplace delivery)
  • Products are organized in the order you should apply them

Processing Time

Regular Orders

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 PM will ship the same day from our salon.
  • Weekend orders sit in our secure storage until Monday (we’re not open Sundays)
  • During busy wedding season (May-October), add one extra day

VIP Treatment for Larger Orders

  • Orders over $150 get Dr. Kubra’s review
  • She adds handwritten notes about application order and tips
  • Sometimes includes a small sample of something new she’s testing
  • These take 1-2 extra days, but clients tell us it’s worth the wait

Delivery Locations

We Ship To:

  • All US states and territories
  • PO Boxes are accepted for non-fragile items
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (additional 3-5 days)

Special Delivery Instructions

  • Apartment/office building deliveries
  • Temperature-sensitive products are held for pickup if needed
  • Signature is required for orders over $200

International Shipping

Currently, we focus on serving our US clients with the highest quality standards. International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re exploring options for our global beauty community.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Contact us immediately if the package shows delivered but not received
  • We work directly with carriers to investigate
  • Replacement or refund processed after carrier investigation
